These Terms & Conditions apply to communications and transportation services provided by Real Transport.
SMS Messaging Program
Customers may opt in to receive conversational and transactional SMS messages from Real Transport by texting START to (475) 284-8847. Messages may include transportation inquiries, reservation coordination, pickup confirmations, scheduling updates, trip updates, driver information, customer support, and reservation reminders.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out
After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You can text START to opt in again.
Transportation Requests
A transportation inquiry or SMS exchange does not by itself guarantee availability or confirm a reservation. Reservation details, pricing, and availability are subject to confirmation by Real Transport.
Privacy
Your use of our SMS service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
